The Capital City At Night

As soon as I arrived in Iran, I was eager to see the capital city, Tehran. I wanted to see how it has changed. So many roads and highways are built that I barely remember how the streets looked like in the first place. I also went to see one of the National Parks, Chitgar, on the west side of Tehran. It was at 10 o'clock at night and a little bit cool. Despite the fact that it was very late, the park was really crowded. People were playing vollyball.

Then, I ate one of the very famous Iranian desserts, Faloodeh. It is made of special noodles and sweet liquid. It is usually eaten with lemon juice. The noodles doesn't have any taste. They are just crispy.

You can see its picture below:

This is an Iranian dessert called Faloodeh.

  • Dear Tara, thanks a million times. Exactly, all the flavors is in the sweet liquid and lemon juice. It makes a good combination of sweet and sour. It is served cold and they keep it cool by putting in the fridge.
  • Dear Mayumi, they serve it cold and they put it in the fridge before they give it to customers. Thanks a lot for reading the blog and I'm glad you liked it.
