If you have a technical problem:
1) Review the list of questions in the forum. Make sure your question has not been answered before.
2) Check a second computer. Many tech problems are related to your computer.
2) State your problem clearly.
3) State your operating system.
4) State which browser you are using. (Try another browser to see if the problem is still there.)
5) State the country you are in. Keep in mind that some countries block you from seeing content such as videos or images. MyEC cannot fix this.
If you have a question about learning English:
1. Pose your question in a blog. More people will find it and try to help you.
2. Search for teachers on MyEC.
3. Go into the chat room and pose your question.
4. Ask your friends. MyEC is a place to learn from each other.
5. Please do not rely on managers, administrators, or moderators to answer your English questions. We get many questions every day and cannot answer all of them. We'll do our best!
