Who can understand the reasons for such suffering? what can be so powerful to justify this? What's the point of shooting women, kids and elderly people when going out from the rest of their houses trying to escape? If you have any hint please share. We humans seem not to learn from history.
Don't forget Ukrainian people, they're just like you and me, some were EC members with whom surely you've chatted with or read blogs and now they're struggling with this. Don,t be neutral or passive in front of this atrocity. There're several NGO and human societies where you can help.

Regardless I have a hundred unanswered questions in my mind about what is happening, but, as a Palestinian woman I prefer to not say any single word. Because if I do, many people will be angry from me. So, in this moment, silence……..Only silence is my best answer. God bless you my friend.

Innocent lives being lost because of 1 evil man who is power hungry and a bunch of politicians who worry about interfering.
It's not just one person's problem.
it's very easy to manipulate people's thoughts. now i see it. it is easy to convince many people that other are enemies. if there is a small conflict (teretory or religion) even kind people become cruel when they are brainwashed. Do not fight with windmills. Those who want to know - they know. Those who do not want - you will never make them. It is easier to find someone to blame closing the eyes to all that is happening in the world. It has always been like that. Pity but true. So...just keep calm and live your life: it is too short to prove anything to anybody.

I know that every countries don't want to fight against Russia, which has a huge army and many nuclear weapons. Ukraine choose to fight against Russia to keep independence and human dignity even though their army is smaller than Russian's one.
This war is not a war between Russia and Ukraine. This war is a fight between dictatorships that invade foreign countries and democratic countries that keep free and human dignity. If the world allow Russia to invade Ukraine, the value that the world build after the WWⅡcome to nothing. We, the world, must help Ukraine and stop Putin.
