Interviewer: Welcome to our School!
Adaline: I am glad for the chance to be interviewed
Interviewer: How are you today?
Adaline: I am very well, Thank you.
Interviewer: What specific job are you applying for?
Adaline: I am working as a teacher at the moment. I have a master degree, and I would like to try to get a job as a Deputy manager job you advertised on the Net two weeks ago.
Interviewer: I see from your resume that you are very experienced.
Adaline: Yes, I've worked in a Primary School for 10 years now. But I think it is a good career move to join in your School as a Deputy.
Interviewer: Did you find it easy to get here?
Adaline: Yes, yesterday my Dad brought me here to show. So I find it easy to get here.
Interviewer: How long its takes you get here from your home?
Adaline: Its took exactly 40 minutes from my home.
Interviewer: How did you get here? Did you drive?
Adaline: I took tube (underground)
Interviewer: Tell me some thing about your 'Time management'?
Adaline: I got clear goals and I finish one task at a time and I choose to do the urgent one's first. I don't rush to finish things. I use my time more effectively and I got good time management skills.
Interviewer: How about your holidays?
Adaline: Other than the government holidays I avoid taking holidays. Because I am working in a small School, we are in a tight ratio of staff and children. I am aware of that.
Interviewer: What time you star to work there?
Adaline: Our School starts at 9.am. But I starts at 8.30, to open the door and take risk assessments before the children arrive.
Interviewer: Why did you wants to leave your current School?
Adaline: This School is large and plenty of room to develop
Interviewer: Yes, Our School is large and helped the staff to develop. We will send staff to different training as well.
Adaline: Its sounds very good.
Adaline: So you'll give me the job?
Interviewer: Yes, but for the first month you will be on probation. After that you will be full employee.
Adaline: Thank you. I look forward to working with you.

Dear A738a, Luckily I didn't attend any interview. I went to do volunteering in a School and they offer me a job on my first day of volunteering I took it. You can read that in my biography challenge blog.
