problem in chat room

I don't know what is happening? when I sign in and want to chat, the chat ask me to sing in EC in order to chat !! how come? bcause i'm already signed in. this is the message.

I don't know if I'm shown as online there and if my friends chat with me, but I don't get anything from anyone. please what's the problem? Is that problem only with me or what?

I too had the same problem an hour ago. confused went back to the main club and came back to my ec.

Thanks Nadiyah. These problems must be reported in Tech Help. Sounds like it has been resolved.

Skoon: I had to giggle because there is a typo in the second line of your post. Can you spot it. It's so funny! Imagine if chat were like that?

hmm sandra yes because I've fast connection now, but I don't know what's the problem. I've sent the link for Josef and Tara, I hope they replay fast and find the solution.
