I hope, you will go on posting your fairy tales and I'd like to add that I realize how difficult it is for those who have never seen winter and don't know how romantic it is to write a good winter tale. So, Your tales don't have to be "winter" if you can't describe its beauty, but your tales MUST be fairy, magic and romantic.

If your stories are short enough (within 300 word limit), I will correct all mistakes. If they are longer, I will try to do the same, but not at once. Anyway, I will read and comment all of them ponting out to your principle mistakes if there any.

Looking forward to your great fairy tales!

  • Thank you, dear Bet! I will correct it soon

  • My friends! I hope, I have read and corrected all your stories posted by today. If I haven't, please, tell me about it and leave the links.

  • Dear Peppo! Thank you for a nice fairy tale. First of all, I have to correct this:

"I may will come again with my own story after that".

Dear, you can't use two modals in the same predicate. Please, choose one of them!

Here are my corrections and you know you can always ask your questions.

Once upon a time there was an infamous legend about an evil snow maiden who always appeared on the mountain (or “in the mountains”) when it was winter and the place was covered with the snow. She would appear as a beautiful woman and (would) seduce male travelers who passed by. The traveler who got attracted to her beauty would like to take her along on his journey across that mountain. In the middle of their walk, when the traveler got tired, the wicked snow maiden would turn into a monster and attacked the traveler.

One winter day, a male traveler wanted to get home crossing the mountain. Not long after entering the thick forest, he saw a pretty girl wearing white just like snow around her. She told the traveler that her feet were injured and she couldn't walk. She asked__ if he could take __her __out of the forest. The traveler agreed and he placed the girl in__ the basket on his back. He had kept on walking until he got very tired, but he never stopped. Inside the basket, the evil snow maiden had been waiting until the traveler ran out of energy. She thought his time was up when the traveler suddenly spoke.

"Excuse me, Ma'am. May I ask you something?"

    "Yes, go ahead"

"Are you feeling comfy being there? Is my basket too small for you? I am sorry for making you wait for so long. I promise we will arrive in village safely, please be a bit patient"

The snow maiden didn't say anything but ” yes” and “thank you”.

When the traveler arrived in his village, he opened the basket and found nothing but a little snow there. It looked like the traveler's kind heart had melted __ coldness of the evil snow maiden.

  • Dear Danny,

I hope I am not too late for this challenge. Here I have a winter story originated from Japanese folklore -I wish none have ever heard this before because I got this from a comic book, lol-

please correct this one and I may will come again with my own story after that.
