New job, new experience, new thinking

after tons of thoughts where to go, finally, i went to a small company.

Now i have worked for a month, sometimes, i still can't explain exactly why i am here.

Reasons maybe coming from friends opinions, maybe coming from this small company, maybe...

I just confused, maybe, yes, only maybe.

Coming from friends' opnions, maybe that words" practice more and learn more to be strong enough then to a big company practice much more" yes, just this words hit.

Coming from this small company, maybe it is new products. This is the products i have never seen it before. so at the first sight, i feel new and want to try it.

Self-balancing vehicles, what does it mean? i have no idea before, but now, i have to say it every day.

New to me, new to learn. i am kinds of loving new things to explore. so maybe it is the main reason why i am here.

So, i am used to it. we can't finds reason for everything, we do just it because it is. not so many reasons make me have to do it, maybe just merely because it comes the right time. I just make that decision.

And now i am responsible for the decision i have made.

  • If this company is good you will stay and learn a lot.  If they treat you badly, you will find a better job and still have all the thing you learned at this place.  Anything we do is a learning experience and we gain something from it.  Just watch closely that the company is giving to you while you are giving to them.

Your country is still pretty new to capitalism.  Some businesses care only about money and not their people.  Others have a healthy balance between care for people and money.  a company that cares about the people but not money may be fun, but without money they will not last either.

I hope you have made a lucky choice. If not you can try your luck again somewhere else. It is easier to get a job if you already have one. If you ask for a job somewhere and they see you have no job they may wonder if you are the problem.  If you have a job they know you are valuable and will want you. But, never tell the new company of problems at your job now.  After you are hired it is OK but you must be a happy employee when talking to others about jobs.

  • Learn as much as you can with the Company. It may seems trivial at first, but later you'll notice it will serve you great.
