THE PRETENDERS
Beyond the fake words we hide our feelings,
we feel stronger but our behaviour has no meaning.
Pretending we are superiour and unbeatable,
shaking inside with the frear, feeling miserable.
We wear the phlegmatic cold mask on our face,
to protect ourselves from the big disgrace.
It isn´t trendy to show the emotions and the fear,
so bye bye sincere people - you all should disappear.

"Beyond the fake words we hide our feelings". Nice line! Most of us might have used words to conceal the real fact. But if the sincere people mean the ones who show up all their emotions and fear, I think this world would be full of weepers.
Some might hide their misery just to provide enough time for themselves to fix or mend the holes and broken pieces. Maybe they do not want to look weak and fearful since they are strengthening their own spirit. They might be working on them in their own way before seeking help from others. Just what a proverb says "every cloud has a silver lining". We might need to wait for a while to see the silver lining :D.
And...not all people do care about others' hardship. Some even laugh at it or just stay away.
But YES, we might see many fake people nowadays in different definition. And ... maybe we are part of them. Who knows... :D
Good point, Luzzi. We are sincere toward our beloved and close people while disguising ourselves to the rest. It's the human's natural instinct and also the lesson we have learnt from life.

In spite of that, there are still sincere people, Luzzi. And if you found one, consider yourself so lucky.
