The importance of beginning learning English is " WORD". Without word, you are unable to speak and understand when listening. English word is key, in other word it is vocabulary. This is everything when you communicate , written or listen. Every aspects of life such as working, shopping, teaching, etc. You must use and have vocabulary to communicate, work and live in the life. The people is good at English communication skill that attain success more than people who is weak in English communication.
But how to master English language. You must be work hard and concentrate on study English. By listening English everyday, try to speak everyday and learning English vocabulary everyday. After some period of continous time learning English. You'll be confident and able to speak fluent, listen better. Try to work hard. That is only one way to master English language.
