Dear Mr.Ferhat Demir... First of all I would like to suggest you to start learning basic English Grammar through an experienced teacher in your place. Once you get to know the basic grammar.
For example... I am learning English (not I learning English)
you can easily start speaking English with your friends and relatives.... You need to read more books like small stories..
It will take some times but do not worry.. this is only a language... you can not learn by over night... like... NO PAIN ... NO GAIN
