I started to study English 30 minutes every night before sleeping, but I didn’t keep the habit for a long time, because I usually could not get my work done before 9PM, due to temporary laziness.
If I let it be, I will never master English. Then, my distance with my friends will get bigger.
No way! I definitely cannot let it be. I must motivate myself by competing with my friend and change my habits to ensure that I spend more time on learning English.
I need to create an English environment. I need to change Chinese in my every day life into English and create some good new habits.

English to Chinese
1. Set up two lists in my music player, one list is for English songs, the other is for songs in my mother tongue. Play the English songs list more that the other one. (Listen)
2. Watch more English movies, and less Chinese movies (Listen, Speak)
3. Speak English with my friends (Listen, Speak)
4. Change my phone language into English. (Read)
5. Browsing in English most of the time. (Read)
6. Read some English books, instead of reading only Chinese book (Read)
7. Write messages, notes, e-mails, blog posts and status in English. (write)

New Habits
1. Turn on BBC learning English programs, while I am doing things that do not require concentration. (Listen)
2. Attend more classes, so that I can learn more and practice my English as well. (Listen)
3. Read my notes in English, and record it. Then, Listen to it regularly. It is actually good way to memorize our lectures.(Listen, Speak)
4. Do not be afraid and voice my opinion in class more often. (Speak)
5. Memorize some lectures every day. (Read)

• I may not feel comfortable at first, but I believe I will get used to it soon.
