I have been studying English for 2 years but honestly I never studied English regularly and if I want to be more honest I have to say that I have been studying English sometime ( less of 2 hours per weeks ) and because of it I can not learn to much.
However, from last week I decided to study English on daily base schedule and I hope to keep it .
I will also try to write a short note in here as a writing practice and I hope you can help me improve my English skills by correct my mistakes.

Your English is okay. Yes, it's a good idea to learn it daily. I hopw you can keep it.
Here are some corrections:
per weeks---> per week
to much---> too much [English]
base schedule ---> basic schedule
by correct ---> by correcting

Some people thrive on schedule, and some people thrive on an organised chaos.
If you need some English teachers or an advance English learners or any other EC members to help you with corrections, you may put "Corrections" in you blog tag. This is because some members don't like to be corrected in here, so some members will be hesitant to help you.
Observation:
Maybe you can check the usage of 'to' and 'too'. Both sound similar but totally different in meaning. Case point, your sentence "and because of it I can not learn to much". It should be "too".
