LETTER,E-MAIL,OR BOTH??

Nowadays,e-mails have taken the place of letters .it's more adequate, speed and economic. But,can you have the same feeling when opening your letter boxe and find one or some letters that you were waiting ,and when opening the computer then find e-mails ?
I think both of them are useful, but still technology shouldn't erase the positive things .
Recieving a letter from a good friend or a family member is something great, especialy when it's a handwriting letter ,it's something concrete that can't be changed by any e-mail.
Sowhy not; using both of them to join practical and pleasure??

  • dear Marzia, thank you for comment ,yes i think that even if we like modernity ,we should keep the ancient traditions which have the real principles.thanks for sharing
  • THANKS:MOHAMMED DOUROUSHPOUR,ADAM,DAYANA
to answer to you DAYANA i will say if i have really to choose ,i will prefere letters because i like the concrete ,although i use like you all e-mails but still i love receiving and writing letters !!thank you all for commenting my blog.
  • hi atika
dear always the feeling has way to pass through.
it depends upon the importance of the letter or email that you have received..... ok, we have lost some considered things by email .but we get speed , economic, and adequate .
    may i ask you question..?
if you have choice between both of email and letter what you will chose.?
  • Atika - your topic is so good and it brings us back to some idea that we are going to forget due to modern life - but really i think even if we are using e-mails and all these very speed ways to contact but i think these ways are not bearing our feelings they are cold and quick so we can use it to learn or in business but on personal and emotional contact i think the written old post letter is just like a present from someone who is valuable and adorable it's correct
    thanks
  • Hi Atika
    how are you?
    nice topic
    yeah i agree with technology
but i think sometimes tradition is important for life
email is good for cause lots reason but e can not understand lots things in email for example feel
i think in the internet and specially in mail and chat there are lots lies but in letter not lie!!
    letter is writing from heart
we are in language an idiom:
    we say
everythings rise heart sit in your heart
and i think mail cannot pay to this issue
    we must use letter still!!
write letter is hard because is real
but mail cannot real but i don't said all of mail are lie
but not all of mail are real
and about other subject same letter and mail
i think today technology is very high but we must use old technology
technology is good not for all time
    finally thanks for nice question
  • ohhM.Adaway, even if we live in a modern world ,very practical,i like of course modernity but without forgeting all nice things and principals of the past ,which still a great part in the life of each one of us.concerning your question ,i think that we can be angry when we are waiting something from a person;a response such as e-mail,letter,phone call or something else...)but we have to know the reason !!this month ,i'm waiting for a letter from italy which was sent one month ago,but i think the post office has made a big delay so i'm a little bit impatient !!recieving a letter as much as sending is a very big pleasure for me.
  • thanks alot M.Adaway for beeing always present in the comments,i used to like the ancient things (it's pearhaps because of my first name-atika-which means something or someone ancient, that have roots !!!)this sentence gives me at this moment an idea about a topic!!you will read it in a blog soon.
