Let's Walk


I got up a bit early this morning because I wanted to go jogging in the park where is near my home. I jogged about 15 minutes, and I did jump ropes 70 times. It is time for me to start doing exercises again. As the matter of fact, I should do it consistently.

Since winter, I have stopped exercising as it was cold and I don't want to go to the gym. Gyms here need to sign up the contact which I don't want to. 
I prefer walking or jogging in the park. While walking in the park, I can breathe some fresh air, see: the sunlight, plants, or trees, hear chirping birds, along with noticing the beautiful nature around me. All these things make me feel relieved, relaxed, peaceful, eliminated stress, and gaining more energy to be ready to battle for the next day.
We should go out walking more because walking gives us much more energy, together with improving our positive feeling as well as our creativity can flourish. You should start walking 10 to 15 minutes a day, five days a week. You would see the outcome. 

I haven't updated my blog for ages. I don't know what I'm going to write. Now, I should start small by writing my journey diary. Thank you for dropping by reading my journal.
