Killing the pawns missing the King!

Sometimes I wonder, is it mere a coincidence that Osama Bin Laden, Hafeez Saeed, Tashfeen Malik, Syed Farook, Al-queda, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Haqqani Network, Kasab etc. all either belong to Pakistan or have a very close link with Pakistan. Sometimes I think that may be we are discussing over the issue superficially and not putting the enough efforts to dig down and find out the basic roots of all violence. Statements from the leadership and authorities around the world look hollow, their chorus is just a demagogy in public discourse.

The proper way to understand such topics is to put your ego, pride and prejudice aside and think rationally. But human beings been driven by emotions rarely do that. So let me make it more easy for my readers by making it explicitly clear that I do not find true muslims to be terrorist or any relation between them at all. And statements like, "Complete shutdown for Muslims entering US" by Donald Trump will marginalize the global Islamic community and will exacerbate the fears of state minority. Instead they should have talked about the factories they produce such sick minds (terrorists).

If we turn the pages of modern history in light of recent events we will find a pattern. A pattern that still continues. There are some pockets which have become global hub of terrorism ideology. And terrorists killed or ever targeted are just the pawn send by those real kings in this game of chess. There have been much efforts (undoubtedly) to clean up those pawns but little has been done to shut down the factories that produce it (real king of terrorism).

These pockets are area covered by ISIS in Syria/Iraq, Libya and much noticed Pakistan including the region of adjoining borders of Afghanistan. The problem becomes more acute considering the fact that latter country is nuclear arsenal enabled and civilian government is often hostage to military leadership which has overtly or covertly supported radical groups, terrorist organization. Crippled with dooming economy the almost failed state is already in a civil war like situation and can have serious spill over effects on the whole world.

The history of terrorism we see today is not old. Paris, Peshawar, WTO, Mumbai or recently California type attacks have stated taking place only in last 2 decades. And the genesis of its core thinking is merely 6-7 decades old in tandem with a sequence of events all around the world. The major events that accelerated the process of defaming Islam, unfortunately started on the very land that was made on the name of Islam. Wahabi in Saudi Arabia and calling non muslims Na-Pak in Pakistan are some of the some of the enlightening examples. Results were clear, the population of minority in those areas decreased exponentially so was (exponential) increase of fanatics.

The people of no country brutal or want violence, in fact they are innocent (so are Pakistanis). Its just they are brainwashed  and feed with wrong content in the tender age of upbringing. Many times state governments are involved in it directly other times they support such organizations from outside. Its high time when the whole world should take a cognizance just like Paris talks on climate change and start targeting the factories of venom production (for long term benefits) instead of using whole force on the venom already produced.

It will benefit the future generation of Pakistan to be less radical and can decrease the global frequency of terrorist attacks substantially. What we need is a combined world efforts today for the sake of better future so that no more Tashfeen Malik can be produced from Madarsas of Multan.

PS - The problem of middle east is more entangled so it will take more time. But the problem of Pakistan is a low hanging fruit which can reduce this global problem substantially.

  • Thanks for your replies Mohammad. I got to know a new way of looking at the problem.
I personally think that its a story that is undergoing a dramatic change in this era. The last chapter of this problem is still in the womb of time. And that will provide a final solution and stabilization either in the form of brotherhood or triggering a catastrophic war involving all the major actors.
What ever the final chapter will be, it will probably reveal the true narrative of the story. A story which will be a lesson for the coming generations. I hope the truth and good wins.

  •    Yes, that's right. We have different analyzing on the same topic, perhaps it is because of that our news references are different. I seldom listen to or read the news from the BBC or CNN or the ones associated to Saudi or Zionist companies (I read or listen to them only for analyzing). In fact I never trust them. But I believe and trust to all the TV news of my country. Two main TV news references of my country are Press TV (in English) and Al-alam (in Arabic) which have been prevented to be broadcast to the world via Eutelsat and Hotbird satellites. Actually I didn't want to continue this topic, but you encouraged me to go on with your sentences !! :D  Also I would like to thank you for your respecting my opinions.

See dear, you are right, you meant, firstly the temporary Geneva agreement, after that the Lozan agreement and the recent one is Barjam agreement or JCPOA which stands for "The Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action" ,,,, Right ?? ,,, OK

The economic sanctions which you said, many of them (selling oil, gas, petrochemicals, shipping, and banking and insurance transactions) have unfairly imposed to Iran because of our nuclear enrichment which I told you in my previous comment that, the enrichment for peaceful usages is our right. Now in this nuclear deal between Iran and 5+1 countries, Iran has negotiated to reach to a part its right !! ,,,, and lucky us !! ,,,, has it been so successful for us !? ,,,, they want to remove the sanctions which have been imposed unfairly because of our enrichment, which has been our right !!!

Now, should we be happy !? ,,, when I described and explained to you like that I meant this. Hope you get it. Also if you study the above agreements (Geneva, lozan, and JCPOA), you will notice that Iran has accepted many and many limitations !! (limitations in the final percentage of uranium enrichment [3.67%], in the number of applied centrifuges in Fordu and Natanz sites, and many other ones. Iran must destroy a few parts of Arak nuclear sites, and so forth.  Should we be happy !? ,,, Do you know how many times the dirty Israel, has terrorized our nuclear scientists !? ,,,, If you don't know search their name: Dr. Masoud Alimohammadi, Dr. Majid Shahriari, .... ,,, Israel has nuclear bomb and no one is anxious but the world society are worried for Iran nuclear enrichment up to only 20% which is needed for medical-usage reactors !! ,,,, in the agreement the 5+1 countries didn't accept even 5% !!

But about the middle East wars ,,,, I didn't say there is no difference between Shia and Sunni. But I said those wars which you see, are not between Shia and Sunni sects. Because:

1-  In the war between Saudi and Yemen, the government of Saudi is Wahhabi (which I told you and Wahhabi is a deviant branch of Sunni sect and shouldn't be considered as Sunni). Also although there are many Shia people in Yemen, but Saudi bombs all the infrastructures and residential regions of Yemen, not only in the Shia regions.

2-  In the war between ISIS and Iraq, ISIS religious beliefs tend to Wahhabi and the provinces which have been attacked and invaded by ISIS are Sunni !! ,,,, like Kourdestan, Alanbaar, and Neynavaa.

3-  In Syria, Bashar Asad and many of Syrian are not Shia like the Shia sect in Iran (ethna-ashari), also they are not Sunni, in fact they are Zeydi or Alavi. But the majority of Syria are Sunni.

4-  In the war between Israel and Gaza in Palestine, as you know the Palestinian are Sunni, but the Saudi government paid money to Israel as a help and also it supplied the fuel of warplanes of Israel.

So it is a war between Wahhabism and other Muslims. Thank you for your prays for me ! :)

  • We have different ways of looking at same things. I respct your opinions.

For me the deal was a step ahead as it removed economic sanctions imposed on Iran (How war those sanctions were justified, its again a debatable topic). But what I know is that it would help Iran in economic development and in its integration with world.

We are on same page regarding wahabis. But if you think that there are no differences among shia and Sunnis, the Assad govt and rebels, the Yemen attacks by Saudi and Houti rebel groups, then I think we have difference in opinion. I some how see a fractured middle east on the basis on sects. From small countries like Qatar and Bahrain to big ones like iran Saudi Arabia and turkey.

May be you live there and you see a harmony between different sects dominated countries which I could not notice and saw only polarization.

I agree that no country should have nuclear weapon. But all should abandon it altogether.

About Pakistan, may be you do not find it fragile, or you might find that weapons wit pak are safe. But I differ on that. Given the incidents of close ties they had with terrorists.

I pray to god that your views are more correct and near to truth as they simplfy the problem of gulf to wahabism, turkey, Zionists, Saudi Arabia and US only. And sectorial divide, Russia, UK, France and Germany recently do not have stake in it.... Anyways good discussion buddy :D

  • Dear Traveler, thanks for your reply.

See, the only two main sects in Islam are Shia and Sunni. But Terrorists such as ISIS are not Shia nor Sunni, they are Wahhabi. Wahhabism is not a branch of Sunni sect. The four main branches of Sunni sect are Hanbali, Shaafei, Maaleki, and Hanafi. I told you how Wahhabi movement was created by Muhammad Bin Abd-Al Wahhab about more than 250 years ago, with helping, supporting, seduction, and directly command of British government in that era. I also introduced some references to you for more useful information. This is not a war between Shia and Sunni, but it can be a war between Wahhabism and the world of Islam. They want to destroy Islam. Also it is better to say Zionists instead of Jews (these two terms are different). I believe that ALL the separating, disasters, and terrorism in Islam world, are because of them (Zionists). They were, are and will be the biggest enemy of Islam and Muslims.

Now if I want to tell you about the nuclear deal of Iran with the 5+1 countries, it will be a long story !! but I tell you only some points:

1-  The enrichment of Uranium for the peaceful usages (such as using in energy generation fields, medical fields, high-tech fields and so forth) according to NPT treaty, IS THE RIGHT OF ALL COUNTRIES. No one has the right to say that we should allow you to have this technology. They even want us not to research on this topic !! LOOOL

2-  No country must have nuclear weapon. But as you see many countries (around 10 I think) do have that, and the US, even has used two times and has threatened other countries to use as well. The interesting point here is, the countries who want Iran not to enrich uranium even for peaceful use, have the huge number of nuclear bombs !!! LOOOL

3-  In our religion, killing the innocent people is illegal and forbidden. Therefore using, having, making the nuclear, chemical, and microbial weapon, is illegal for our us !! ,,, it has been proved in Iran-Iraq war. Saddam (may God damn him) many times used chemical bombs against us, also he commanded to shoot missile to our cities and many innocent populaces were killed. But we never did that. That's why we are so friend now with our Iraqi brothers. This era is the era of talking, no need to have nuclear bomb. the ones, who want to have the nuclear bomb, don't have any logical and rational speech to submit to the world.

4-  Many other countries like Pakistan, North Korea, your country who are not member of 5+1, have nuclear bombs in their nuclear arsenals, but no one tell them anything not to have !! (wonderful)

5-  Iran voluntary became a member of the NPT treaty many years ago and all its nuclear activities have been done in front of the Atomic energy organisation real-time cameras. But the US has equipped Israel with nuclear bombs and this regime is not (and don't want to be) a member of NPT and has been done many nuclear researches and experiences in its secret labs. No one tell anything to it, but only all the world see Iran who wants to have peaceful nuclear usages. (it is wonderful, isn't it ?)

6-  As you know 1 kilogram of uranium (U-235), contains several million times the energy equivalent of oil or coal. But they say us, "you have oil, why you want to have nuclear energy !?", As you know all the oil underground reservoirs of the world will be finished in near future. Without any doubt, the essential and main energy supply for the world in future will be the nuclear energy. It has many useful usages in medical field, high-tech fields, using as the fuel of submarines, as the fuel of satellite carrier missiles and so forth.

Now you, be a judge, is it fair !? ,,, what a deal !!

But about the US, I don't think that it is the only superpower and no one can afford to fight with it at this moment. Once the former Soviet was something like which you mentioned, but what about now? ,,, anyway all countries have their own problems and weaknesses.

If you want to know my final comment about your topic, I will say that although I approved some of your speeches about Pakistan, but related to ISIS, I blame the governments of Saudi and Turkey more than Pakistan. The US government has also its own important role in supporting the ISIS. And I think the main hidden KING are Zionists. Anyway it was my comment.

By the way, "Sistan and Baluchestan" is the name of a province in Iran. I didn't mean Baluchestan of Pakistan.

    Cheers

  • Dear Mohammad, as I wrote in my blog the problem of middle east is very much complicated. There are superpowers involved, there is not true democracy, they are rich in resources. They are divided in sects of shia and sunni. Jews make it more complicated. And my personal belief is that the solution will come from within. I do not see hope from Saudi arbi but I see hope in Iran and turkey (though there might differences between the two) as people here are more rational and more educated. The solution found by P5+1 in nuclear deal recently is an excellent example of diplomacy by Iran. Their is more hope from it in settling peace to middle east.
I called Pak as low hanging fruit because it's problems are not entangled with middle east. Its a nuclear country and if it got failed like Syria or Iraq then that will be an havoc.
Well US, might be the generator of all these problems, but truth remains that its the only superpower and no one can afford to fight with it at this moment. Another fact is that may be whole world is suffering from terrorism but US is by far safe fro the radicalism on its soil. The recent Californian attacks were done by pak origin couple.
In short no one can afford to fight with might (US),middle east will take time, may be decad... And Pak problem can be controlled with relative ease with wonderful fruits at this moment.
PS since you mentioned about Baluchistan, there is an internal rebellion inside it. Blanch people are still not able to integrate with with Punjabi ethinicty and the resource rich province is exploited, it these problems are not saught out on time then the next mess will be knocking door soon.

  • Dear Traveler

I do agree with you that there are a few bases in Pakistan which has become a safe place for terrorists and their training. Also Iran has annually many martyrs (killed margrave solders) in its border who have killed by the terrorists wanted to enter to our country from Pakistan. As an example yesterday we had 3 martyrs. Iran has wanted Pakistan many times to prevent them to enter to our country and has warned Pakistan that if they don't do anything, Iran will enter to Pakistan border to chase and attack the terrorists and their bases. Because many times the terrorists and also drug traffickers have dared to enter to our country from Pakistan and after a battle between them and our border margrave, they quickly have escaped to Pakistan soil. As you know, the terrorists have been brainwashed and their believe is so near to Wahhabi's believe. Once one of them (terrorists) that wanted to explode a masque in Sistan and Baluchestan (i.e. one of the provinces of Iran which has a common border with Pakistan), was prevented and arrested. Then the solders found a spoon in his pocket while he was crying!! ,,, When they asked the reason, he replied :

"If I exploded this masque then after martyrdom (to be killed) I would eat my lunch with my prophet Muhammad !!".

See, we are encountering to this kinda terrorism !! they have hard wrong faith, they have so closed and restricted beliefs, they have brainwashed and are not be able to be flexible. Now you say they have relation to Pakistan !? ,,, in fact their beliefs are so famous than their country. Zionist and corrupted Saudi kings, have truly known what to do !! ,,, what to create !! It is Wahhabi beliefs. They can be anywhere. As you know Daesh (ISIS) is new, right ?? now you answer my questions.

Who has created Daesh (ISIS) !? ,,, Why Daesh has been created !? ,,, Who does support them !? ,,, Can they continue without money !? ,,, Can they fight with Russia, Syria, Iran, Iraq  without weapon !? ,,, Who does give them money and weapon !? ,,, Who does buy oil from them (with half price) and as you know selling oil is not easy !? ,,, Where they have trained (military training, religious training, and so on) !? ,,, Where they have been brainwashed !?

Please don't tell me Pakistan, I know the answers of my questions and I am going to tell you only a few codes not more. The US is the biggest exporter of weapon in all around the world ,,, The beliefs of ISIS in so near to Wahhabi which the Saudi kings do believe. ,,, Saudis have so much money to expend ,,, Several days ago Russia exploded some ISIS oiler (container of oil) while exporting to Turkey, by rockets ,,, The Aleppo (i.e. one of the provinces of Syria, which has common border with Turkey) was the main base of ISIS ,,, Many terrorists groups have been seen entered Syria (Aleppo) via Turkey ,,, Israel was treating some of the injured ISIS terrorists in its hospitals. Also ISIS at the first, proclaimed that their war is only with Islamic territories and not with Israel !!, so wonderful, an Islamic movement (they has named themselves Muslim but they are only Wahhabi) against other Islamic countries. So not only in Pakistan but in many other countries, there are several bases for training terrorists which is so clear. So don't blame only Pakistan, we only see the pawns, The causes, the reasons, the kings are hidden dear traveler.

    Thanks for your reply

  • I particularly respect Turkey, Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia and even India for having wonderful people who follow Islam. There is no relation between religion and terrorism. But dear Mohammad my question to you is that, is it not the responsibility of innocent, peace loving Pakistani people (who I believe are more than 90%) to stop the institutions which generate terrorists (the less than 1-2%) in that particular country. When we live at a place which is getting defamed by acts of our fellow countrymen then its the job of intellectuals and mature men to clean your motherland. Somewhere down the line I feel that there is a nexus between some segments of authority I power (that may be army, is I etc) or society that covertly support these terrorists producing institutions. Otherwise world's greatest terrorist Osama living could not hide himself just near to military cantonment in Abottabad.

  • Dear Traveler

I read your blog carefully. In this blog, you have tried to scrutinize the roots of terrorism and you believe that instead of considering effects (pawns), the causes (kings) must be considered. In this part, I'm completely agreed with you. BUT, I think instead of searching the causes or reasons in an specific country, it is better that you search it in an specific movement, belief or thought. For instance, Zionist is a movement, which has its own thoughts and beliefs. Therefore we have also American Zionist or British Zionist, but as the all occupiers of Palestine country (Israel) have Zionist beliefs, the Israel is the center of Zionism in all around the world.

You well said that "I do not find true Muslims to be terrorist or any relation between them at all." But always the Zionists in companion with some anti-Islamic arrogant governments, don't want and cannot see the Islamic progresses. Thus they create some deviant sects to destroy Islam and create division among Muslims (like Wahhabism or many other famous digressive sects), or some extremist groups like ISIS or Al Qaeda to make Islamophobia. As an example the Daesh (ISIS) beliefs are so near to Wahhabi beliefs. In fact I see all the roots of terrorism in Wahhabi movement and extremist groups. The Wahhabi sect has been created by Muhammad Bin 'Abd-al-Wahhab with direct command, supporting and seduction of British government in 18th century. To get better information, in this field, the articles "The emergence of Al Wahhabiyyah movement and its historical roots" [1] and "Confessions a British spy and British enmity against Islam"[2] (which is related to Mr. Hempher memories) are useful. Also you can find more information about the relations between this sect and Saudi kings on internet. Wahhabis are not Sunni, in fact this deviant sect has been created by a person several years ago. Some Islamic basis have been used to form this sect.

So I wanted to get the result that a Muslim country cannot be considered as the root of terrorism. We may not generalize a movement to a country unless all people of that country would be in that mentioned movement. But all Pakistan people are not Wahhabi and we cannot generalize the roots of terrorism to Pakistan even if all the terrorists which you named at the first, would have any association to the Pakistan. The government of a country can be bad, but a country as the agent of all people of that country, cannot be bad. Therefore it is unfair to say the people of a country are brainwashed and feed with wrong content in the tender age of upbringing. Or in other sentence: "It will benefit the future generation of Pakistan to be less radical and can decrease the global frequency of terrorist attacks substantially.". I don't agree with your view about our Muslim brother country Pakistan.
