Just an early winter morning

It's early morning and still dark. My view through the window shows me a magical picture. This untouched white world it's like a huge cozy, virgin bed.
It's unbelievable quiet; none birds sing their songs, there are no voices which disturb the peace. It's comfort for the eyes and balsam for the soul. I enjoy that picture in the early morning.
White flakes of snow come out from the sky now. It's like a dance, a dance of angels without faces, which dance to inaudible melodies, played on invisible harps.
Suddenly my fingers touch the windowpane and I feel the cold outside. My skin starts to shiver and I need your warmth.
I feel your breath in my neck and the warmth of your body.
How long have you been watching me?
You put your arms around me and I lay my head on your chest.  I feel secure in the arms.
We watch the last flakes of snow and you take me on your arms.
You carry me to bed. We lie together on white pillows, in tight embrace until we fall asleep again. In my dreams I still stand behind the window, still watching the white snow flakes. Now I can see the harps, now I can hear the sweet melodies and see the faces of the angels.
