My husband runs a noodle and jamblang, a Cirebon traditional dish in my hometown. His noodle brand is called Mie Indo and we work together with Indomie one of the biggest noodle company in Indonesia. What makes Mie Indo different and unique is that our chef cooks inside a red truck but we don't go mobile.

We really pay attention when one of the employees get sick so we must find someone who can take his or her shift because we only sell it after 5 pm and closes at 11 pm.

We allow them to borrow some money and when they get their salary in the next month their salary will be reduced to pay their debt before.

Well I'm the spoke person who promote softly and politely so we get many satisfied customers. In the weekends we are really busy.

I try my best to make them happy and remind my husband if someone must take a day off or want to celebrate their birthday.

This is my cooking business story. What about yours?
