How can I overcome these problems

I am trying to learn English.I am trying to be fluent in English. I am trying to communicate with others easily. I am trying to write Correct English sentence. But doing these I am facing a lot of problems:

-I am living in non-English environment.So I can't apply what I am learning everyday.

-In my office I can't use English.

-I don't have scope to communicate with others in English because people with whom I work and meet everyday they are not English speaking people.

-So I don't have English learning field.

Could you tell me, how can I overcome these problems. How can I make an English learning field. Still I am trying to learn English. I think we can help each other in this field. We can help each other by communicating with each other in English. Can't we? You can help me in learning English if you wish. I am just a learner.I want to learn something new everyday. Learning is a continuous process.So You can be my learning partner. Wish you all the best.

Hi Yasemin, Thanks for your comments. You are right.I am also using internet. But I think to be fluent in English specially to be fluent in speaking and listening we need help from others. I am looking for some friends with whom I can speak and share. I want to listen them. I want to share with them affairs about friendship, family matters even international current affairs etc. If it be we will be benefited from there in learning English. Isn't it?

I also share your problems. I use my internet to learn English. In fact, the internet is a great thing to learn anything. It is just more than a teacher!

Coming to MyEC as often as you can may be a practical way to solve your problems.
