Disclaimer : This is a silly short story written by me to practice my English. I don't know how to write a story? So don't complaint after reading that I wasted your precious time. Also the story is full of mistakes, so read it on your own responsibility, because after reading my story, you might forget the English you already know! Not very long ago I was living in a garden, full of beings like me. There were colors and fragrances all around.

I was born in that garden, in fact. I was so happy living and playing with my friends there. I was in love with cool, fragrant breeze, and sound of rustling leaves. Some times when it rained we all dance with joy. Days were so beautiful and sunny. Nights were mysterious and dark. When I was born, I wasn't very beautiful. And my size...........oh, I was so tiny! All my friends were like this - tiny and not very pleasant to eyes. But as we grew older, we became so beautiful and a bit larger in size!Ah...........Those happy days.........I still remember them and I wish I could go back to that garden! But you know that not all dreams come true........I still remember that chilly morning. It was start of the winter. Sky was full of heavy, black clouds and we all were shivering with unbearable cold. Most of us were sleeping. Then suddenly I woke up, somebody was shouting!!!!!!!!!He was standing at a little distance from me. Due to fog, it was difficult for me to recognize him. Then he drew closer to me and.........."Oh my God, it's him, Josef, the owner of the garden. O man, what's the problem with him? Why is he shouting so loudly in the early morning? Has he gone mad? Somebody must stop him!!!", I thought angrily in my heart. But nobody stopped him. So I put aside my anger and sleep(and of course my sweet dreams), and tried to listen, what he was saying?" David! Philip! Hurry up! It's about to rain! Transfer all of them in the truck! Weather is not good for them!" Josef commanded to two men, clad in thick woolly sweaters, caps and long leather boots."About whom he is ordering them?", I wondered in my heart. Then all of sudden I saw one of them standing right in front of me, staring at me and my friend. And you know what? He transferred me and my friend in that truck. When we reached inside the truck,we saw that all of our friends were there."Hmm.......So Josef was talking about us", I thought. We all were very scared initially but as the truck began its ride, we became extremely ecstatic. What a memorable and wonderful journey it was! After a few hours of ride, the truck stopped suddenly in front of a large building. After a while Josef came up with some men. Those men divided us into short groups........... "Oh no, my best friend is another group. I want to go with him", I shouted. But nobody listened.I cried a lot. I was feeling so lonely without my best pal, but nobody took pity on me. Ah, poor me!After a while the man, who was owner of our group, transferred us in a little room with white walls, wooden floor and a low roof. There were many other little beings. Very much different in color and size from us. But they were all very beautiful. I talked with some of them and they were really sweet beings. I counted my friends when I finished conversations, and there were only 30 us...........How sad!Later in the day, I noticed a well dressed guy was standing on the room's door. He was talking with the owner. After a little talk, he took six of us with him(I was feeling very very lonely). And from here, my real tragedy began. After half an hour of leaving that white room, I found myself in the house of this well dressed guy.........And now he is sitting right in front of me with......with.......with...........with a knife in his hand!!!!!!!

"Help! Help! Somebody please help me.........""Help a little orange............please help me!!!!!!!!"Thanks a lot for reading my silly, short story!

  • My dear LEEA, thanks a lot for such a wonderful comment! I'm really glad that you liked the story!

  • Haha, "life story of a firtree by Hans Christian Andersen. :)"

Thanks a lot for dropping by again. I've read too many stories in my life, so I think my stories could have a impression from those stories.

  • Nida,

I didn't want to say your life is sad! I just meant tiny impressions have an influence on us when we even don't notice them.

Why sad? Because it reminded me a  life story of a firtree by Hans Christian Andersen. :)

  • Thanks Natasha for your comment. You find it sad, I'm really surprised. By the way dear, it is all and all imaginary and it has nothing to do with my real life!

  • Nida, the way you've written this story is remarkable! But the story itself is so sad! Some of your personal experiences seem to be  reflected in this story, maybe from your early childhood?

You've shown your exquisite taste in this tale!

  • Nida, yes I meant Nida not Nebia hehe.....:D

  • Thanks a lot for commenting Lamegogo!

You can take as much oranges as you want!^_^

  • Wow......I really impressed with the oranges. This moment I imagine am under the tree....ummm...I would take and put on my pocket as much as I've got hehe...:D

Thanks for sharing the beautiful garden Nebia dear,

    -Lamegogo-

  • Orange's name is not Nida, in fact the orange is called just an orange.

What shall I say about your comment? I have no words to say thanks to you dear Anele. I'm really really lucky to have a friend like you!

  • No, it isn't. It's only an orange. It's only a fruit.
