                     Turmeric is one of the most healthiest root crafted plant that God created. It is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant of the ginger family. It is native in southeast India.

   But a lot of researchers says that turmeric has a lot of benefits on medical treatment You can drink it, you can add it as your seasoning to any kinds of dishes and you can make it as your tea.

  Turmeric comes from the root of Curcuma longa plant and has a tough brown skin and a deep orange flesh. It is a powerful anti- inflammatory in both Chinese and Indian systems of medicine.

  • I've been reading about this with great interest. So far the benefits to the brain have only been proven with rats. Still this is a promising drug and I love to eat curry and usually add extra Turmeric. As you said, it doesn't taste bad.
