I would never want to be rude, but the word "litter" means: "material used as bedding for animals (2): material used to absorb the urine and feces of animals b: the uppermost slightly decayed layer of organic matter on the forest floor..." among other meanings...
About the way you feel... I think you are very brave in expressing your feelings so openly. All people have felt in that way in any moment of their live.
I have come to the conclusion that you must fight for the things you can change. Do not fight against what cannot be changed... Probably, you cannot change your circumstances, but you can and should change the way you think about the different life issues. Nevertheless, blamming and complaining sometimes is easier than fighting against our thoughts and attitudes toward living.
Heads up! and keep going! You can overcome everything with a little of imagination ;)
