After a long time I am writing this blog. Here, I am sharing my experience how I got a job.
I have done my graduation after overcoming many hurdles in my life. I did my graduation in computer science in English language. why I mentioned particularly in English because, before graduation i have completed my studies in local language. so, it was difficult for me to pass graduation.
After I got the graduation certificate in my hand, I started searching for a job. where ever I go every where I rejected because lack of communication skills,despite of communication skills i was good at technical and subject wise.
Every interview,I cleared my technical and failed in communication. even though I rejected from interviewer,I took it as a lesson and learned my week point where I was lacking. then I took it as a challenge and concentrated in English and communication skills.
after some time I started attending interviews and slowly getting confidence and finally got a job.
So, Friends rather than having subject and theoretical knowledge , we need to improve English and communication skills.

First of of all congrats. As far as English is a language spoken worldwide, we need to improve our English Language skill. That is why i have registered in English Club. However, i found that the most important thing is to have a conversation with the native speaker will build the confidence and the ability to communicate. For those who have the opportunity working with the native speaker is the time to change themselves.
