Denny is his name. He is a person with full of unknown things. I met him first time inside shipyard after few days of joining. He was God for many of the trainees like us. As a trainee in Shipyard, we got very less amount of money. That is not sufficient for food and accommodation. Many of us came from poor family. I knew few guys, they will not go home until they finish the training due to lack of money.
Why Dennichan(with respect) is God for of us? Because he provided part time job for many of our friends.
He is having shops, apartments & business etc. He is a rich man. Even though he used to visit our poor hut regularly. Whenever he visited us, he bought hot drinks, food and snacks. His visiting days were a celebration days for us.
He will sing, dance and tell many interesting stories. Many are his teenager stories. Few stories are about his encounter with present heroine of film industry. We didn't know it was true or not.
One day he told an interesting story. It was not story. It was his life.
He is born in a poor carpenter Hindu family. His actual name is Radhakrishnan and his friends called him as Denny. Denny is a Christian name. As usual he learned carpentry from his father. Later he completed ITI carpentry and got the skill certificate.
Then he joined Shipyard as a apprenticeship trainee like us. On his last day of training, He met Thomas, head of department. Thomas thought Denny is a Christian and offered help to start the business. From there, his life changed. It was a turning point for Denny. What is yours?
