Believe it or Not

Now, I'm working at INGO (international non-government organisation). Every Monday to Friday, I use to work from 8 o'clock to 5 o'clock. I'm dealing with more than 100 people at my work. So, we have different opinion on some cases. That time, we have to solve these to complete the work.After solving, the result couldn't give satisfaction to both side. After this, we can't talk as normal thinking nothing happened between us. It will happen all the time, because we are dealing with people. They have different believes and attitudes.We had already known that everyone need to do one of physical exercises that they like. I do believe that.We got stress from works. We get anger along with the stress. Anger makes me ugly. So, I use to play table tennis after office time every day. In the game, I use to put my anger to the smash and thinking the ball was his/her face. That is very helpful. After playing, I'm exhausted by the game and stress and anger go away from me.The next day, I can talk others with smile. I have nothing to annoy him. I gave a lot of smashes on his or her face yesterday. That is very funny but it works.At first, they didn't realise what is happening. Later, they really know that I'm really smiling and this simple really come out from my heart. After that, they smile back and working environment become full of laughs and noises until another issue that will break our happiness.

  • It's good Hafida. Thanks for sharing your idea. I will not laugh at ur way of reducing stress. Because I have one friend like you. His idea is slightly different from u. When he get anger from someone or some events. He live in Delta Region in my country. So he will go first into the forest not seeing anyone but he never go deep in the forest. He stop where he can collect a heap of mud. Then he sit near the heap of mud and start throwing his fist into the mud until he was exhausted. It's also a nice idea like yours.

    i have other ways , it helps me too much like : Screaming where no one can hear you or Break something in front of you .... don't laugh plz ..... believe me when i do that i feel with happiness without reason
