Оh... It is a difficult question. Well, I never have met with such phenomenon. But I don't exclude existence of such thing as a future prediction. I think that the science could find the answer.
Humm, I don't believe them but I think some people have special power to predict but not all people. Thoes people are so special and they usually do not say anything in public. But, I saw one person who could predict the death of people. I also watched a TV program that talked about palm reading. On that program, they were discussing that we can know the personality of a person through palm reading but we can not predict someone's future or success. Generally, I do not believe this people at all.
