Attitude

In order to lead a happy, we need to be healthful both physically and mentally. We ought to be concerned about nourishing our mind as well as our body. It is proven scientifically that how important the health of mind is. A lot of physical disorders originate from mental problems. We must be careful about all thoughts and attitudes that enter into our mind. Positive attitudes will have positive effects on our lives, whereas negative attitudes will cause more problems for us or maybe even they become obstacles for achieving success in our life. When you study or listen to the story of successful people, you find out that they have positive attitudes towards life or if they had negative ones, they came to conclusion that in order to get succeed they must change their attitudes.  Our attitudes affect our actions, our actions will make our habits and finally these habits will make our life. So we must be so meticulous about all thoughts and beliefs that we choose, because they are going to help us to be successful or to make us a failure.  Shiv Khera is an author who has written a book named “you can win”. It’s a wonderful book. He writes about positive attitudes, setting goals, to have plans, how to achieve your goals, commitment and etc. I highly recommend this book; it’s so worth reading. I read some where that some people’s lives are changed when they read a book or only a few sentences have had huge impact on their lives. I hope reading this book changes my life as well as yours.
