    For me the difference between "as requested" from "as per requested" is based only on the number of request that has been asked of you to accoplish.

    As requested - only one request/instruction has to be done.
    As per requested - there are a variety of request/instruction which should be done in accord to what is asked of you to do...

  • The first time i came across the term "As per." it was used by an indian. I like it but I prefer "As ....for". Now to answer your question I think that they are equally good to be used mainly in very formal situation. i.e.: business letters...
