Morning all. Today I want to discuss the importance about how healthy you are by determining your sleep pattern. I am a coffee and tea addict no wonder sometimes I have insomnia from time to time, playing FB games especially hidden objects. I also typing and preparing Ppt for my next week lesson in a midwife college. Top of it I try to save some money because I want to pursue my next goal: a master course in Melbourne with my son.

With all those thoughts running in my head make my brain and mind won't sleep. I even play Holy Qur'an in my mp3 player which really helps because when you are sleeping like that my guardian angel is also listening and keep me safe from nightmares.

I become a morning person today when I wake up without an alarm clock. I pray and prepare for my son's breakfast with Tom Yam soup it's tasty! After his father goes with him, I walk to a mini market not far from our house. I really enjoy morning walk. If I had a dog I think it's fun to walk it. But my kitten always travel by it self. OK I must take a shower after I have a proper breakfast not just a honey and dancow cereal in a tiny bowl hahaha....After reading this please let me know what type are you?

  • Dear Kurniati, Lovely to know about your morning routine.

    During week days I am a morning person, I have to leave home at 6.45. am. So I am up at 5.am.

    But Saturdays and Sundays I try to sleep more in the morning and end up sitting in front of the computer after midnight. That's what I am doing now.

  • No that tea is rare to find in my city. If needed sleeping pill I take it so I can get up earlier before office n school hour.
  • Hello Kurniati, I would like to share my thoughts about this, I'm not a morning person, nor a night person...I'm an afternoon person..hahaha! I'm waking up early not because I'm used to that, but because I have to,you know normal ways of a living person ... to do for my living.hahaha! I'm not a night person but willing to take some extra hours if I really have to, see if I have another option I will not, I will sleep as I love my pillows and bed. haha.... 

    As to you anxiety, to be more relax, why not try a chamomile tea...it's effective to invigorate senses for a while then it'll make you calmer and relax...gradually you'll get some sleep..:)
