One day the engine of a propeller plane which was flown by a famous test pilot stopped during a flight. He managed to land on the ground and searched for the cause. Then he knew that a mechanic had poured incorrect fuel into the propeller plane.
When he knew this fact, rather than getting angry at the mechanic and booting him out, he only said "I am sure you will not repeat this mistake again. I am asking you to overhaul my plane tomorrow." He didn't just blame the mechanic but also he was successful in making a mechanic have confidence and responsibility. This pilot is very cool.

To setareh. Thank you for your comment. One mistake cause disaster at a rare as you said but no one don't mistake, so I think we must make a system that one mistake don't cause disaster.
I agree with what dear Mohammad and Rysperski said. I wonder if the pilot were not alive then what would be the situation like? There are some jobs that their mistakes could end up to disaster.
To rysperski. I hear capable managers think like this. It seems that this thought raise the ability of their subordinate.
Oi tam,
I wish you to have innumerable occasions to implement what you have so readily fostered.
To rysperski. Thank you for your comment. Many people may have the thought like you but then again the pilot is cool because there are no people who don't mistake and the mechanic who mistook once must pay attention not to mistake again.
If he got angry at a mechanic and booted him out, the possibility of mistakes which the other mechanics do would always be.
Oi there, folks
In my humble opinion, there are such fields in our everyday life where even a minor mistake must be heavily penalised as the consequences in most cases are deplorable, saying the least.
For example if the doctor gives stomach pills in a case of heart attack - the pacient will most probably kick the bucket.
If a car mechanic falls short in his competence, the car may break down and will stop at the road side....but remember...there is no ROAD SIDE in the sky!
I am a professional pilot, and should that have happened to me, not only would the mechanic get kicked out of his job, he could most probably have also lost some of this teeth!
It is also worth remembering that "a mechanic" is not just an ordinary guy from the street, it is a higly skilled person who underwent specialised training in maintaining equipment in proper working conditions.
To Mishaik. Thank you for correcting my sentence.
To Mohammad. Thank you for your comment.I can understand your opinion and many pilot may agree with you but this pilot was different. I think this pilot is cool because there are no people who don't mistake and the mechanic who mistook once must pay attention not to mistake more.
To dara gino. Thank you for your comment.
