In continuation of the blog written under the same subject " A Seed Of Faith And Its Farmers ", some precautionary measures in this regards are discussed here

When you firmly intend to grow the plant of faith, you have to keep it away from charlatan farmers such as fanatic and extremist scholars, sheikhs or Mufti whose intentions of speech is to prolong ignorable discrepancies in creeds/beliefs and on which bases they spread hatred among Ummah. Besides this, don't trust in those scholars who are found underestimating the worth of Beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) whose love in the faith is the most prerequisite, otherwise the faith will remain incomplete just like devil who believed in One God, but denied to confess Adam (peace be upon him) as a greater creature and viceroy of Allah.

Any scholars who are found preaching this belief by referring to the speech of the first caliph who delivered at the time, when he (peace be upon him) departed from worldly life that the prophet (peace be upon him) of Allah has died . The speech of the first Caliph, the closest companion to the beloved Prophet (peace be upon him), is misinterpreted by fanatic muftis, scholars and sheikhs. As a matter of fact, the speech is not applicable to a person who expresses his love for him ( peace be upon him) by confessing him (peace be upon him) as Messenger of Allah, nay as a God.

In the Quran Surah No 02 verse No. 154 Allah forbids to call a martyr dead. In accordance with which, when a martyr who is inferior to the Holy Prophet of Allah ( peace be upon him), can not be called dead, how is it possible for a believer to assume him (peace be upon him) dead? We believe that he, as a messenger of God, is alive resting with safe and sound. Such belief does not violate the concept of monotheism, which is the first part of Kalma Tayyab, (the seed of faith) rather it represents true/exact meaning of second part of Kalma, "Muhammad (peace be upon him) is {not was} the messenger of Allah" . Hence, the Kalma tayyab, itself, is the most authentic reference of what we believe that he (peace be upon him) is still Apostle of Allah. This information is related to Faith, so it is not ignorable.

In this regards, authentic Hadith are referred below:-

Hadith No. 01.

According to the hadith that Hazrath Enes narrated, Our Prophet (pbuh) when coming round Kudus (Jarusalem), He stopped at Hazrath Moses’ grave and saw him praying. (see Muslim, Fadâil, 42- hadith no 164). In that hadith it is stated that Hazrath Moses is alive in his grave after thousands years.

Hadith N0. 02.

Anas b. malik reported: Allah's Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) as saying: I came. And in the narration transmitted on the authority of Haddib (the words are): I happened to pass by Moses (عليه السلام) on the occasion of the Night journey near the red mound (and found him) saying his prayer in his Grave. [ Authentic Muslim Book 030, Number 5858:]

Hadith No. 03.

Narated By Aws b. Aws :

The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: Among the most excellent of your days is Friday, on it Adam was created, on it he died, on it the trumpet will be blown and on it the shout will be made, so invoke many blessings on me that day, for your blessing will be submitted to me. They (the Companions) asked: Apostle of Allah, how can our blessing be submitted to you, when your body is decayed? He said: Allah has prohibited the earth from consuming the bodies of the Prophets. [Abu Dawud Book 002, Hadith Number 1526.

Hadith No. 04

Narrated Abdullah Ibn Umar:

Allah's Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: Whoever visits my grave after my death it is same he has visited me in my life. [Tibrani Volume 012: Hadith Number 406, Bayhaqi Shab ul Iman Volume 003: Hadith Number 489]

Hadith No 05

In accordance with this Hadith [Sahih Muslim Book 001, Number 0328:] Muhammad (peace be upon him) is also known as " Imam-ul-Anbiya ( leader of Prophets) which proves his superiority to all other prophets (Peace be upon them).

Now come to this Hadith

Hadith No. 06

Narated By AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: If any one of you greets me, Allah returns my soul to me and I respond to the greeting. [Abu Dawud Book 004, Hadith Number 2036:]

In response to the last Hadith No 06 as referred above, I would like to refer to Surat Al-Ahzab verse No 56.

Indeed Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet; O People who Believe! Send blessings and abundant salutations upon him. (Everlasting peace and unlimited blessings be upon the Holy Prophet Mohammed.)

Note: There is no need to explain how much blessings and abundant salutations are sent upon beloved Prophet (peace be upon him)during 24 hours. As per this Hadith, He (peace be upon him) responds to them all.

Therefore, the friends of Allah, by filling the heart of their disciples with the love for beloved Prophet (peace be upon him), make them true servants of the Prophet, Muhammad ( peace be upon him). Being the servant to the Prophet (peace be upon him) is about being servant of Allah in a true sense. You may have heard from people saying that " I believe Allah" but I am among those who say " I believe Muhammad (peace be upon him)" this belief automatically leads us to the belief on invisible God, as if we have met Him. This is called the highest level of belief/ trust in the words of the Prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him). The difference between Muslim and hypocritic is the love and respect for the Prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him).

My Prophet, Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is my identity here and hereafter. I am proud of it, Alhamdolillah (All praises be to Allah Almighty

This Hadith was very long therefore I wrote shortly in my blog
  • This Hadith was very long therefore I wrote shortly.

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: I found myself in Hijr and the Quraish were asking me about my might journey. I was asked about things pertaining to Bait-ul-Maqdis which I could not preserve (in my mind). I was very much vexed, so vexed as I had never been before. Then Allah raised it (Bait-ul-Maqdis) before my eyes. I looked towards it, and I gave them the information about whatever they questioned me I also saw myself among the group of apostles. I saw Moses (عليه السلام) saying prayer and found him to be a well-built man as if he was a man of the tribe of Shanu'a. I saw Jesus son of Mary (عليه السلام) offering prayer, of all of men he had the closest resemblance with 'Urwa b. Masu'd al-Thaqafi. I saw Ibrahim (عليه السلام) offering prayer; he had the closest resemblance with your companion (the Prophet himself) amongst people. When the time of prayer came I led them. When I completed the prayer, someone said: Here is Malik, the keeper of the Hell; pay him salutations. I turned to him, but he preceded me in salutation. [Sahih Muslim Book 001, Number 0328:
  • My brother when you are free from your busy life, please enlighten our thought with your comments. I hope Hadiths referred in my blog are enough to prove what we believe.

I love all companions (R.A) in ranks first Abo Baker (R.A), second Umer Farooq(R.A), third Uthman Ghani(R.A), fourth Ali (R.A) But My Prophet (peace be upon him) is superior to All except Allah Almighty.

    you said

you translated it as ((Muhammad "pbuh" is (not was) the messenger of Allah))…In Arabic it meant that he (pbuh) is ("is" here is being used as a fact, not as a tense) the messenger of Allah…that he (pbuh) is and was and will ever be the messenger of Allah

This is not new information for me. I have learned it while learning narration in English language that the fact and universal truth is written in present form. For instance, the Sun rises from the east. Muhammad ( peace be upon him) is not only the last Prophet but also the Mercy for the worlds. Everything explains itself, what can I say? we all need wisdom to comprehend the differences and priorities

  • I have updated my blog. please see and review your comments, please. I will respond to your comment later on. May Allah enhance your Arabic knowledge! Ameen. By the way your response has helped me a lot to explain my point more explicitly.

  • First excuse me for my late response as I'm really busy, I do visit this website very often but for only few minutes, and when my reply needed pretty long free time which I really don't have much of it, so that's why I'm late.

First, I'm not going to describe your question with any descriptions as I do not want to insult, even when I am being insulted, just I dedicate the insult I have received and the time I consume as a humble charity may Allah accept it in my balance…amen.

    Regarding to your question; the hadith I have shared here is an authentic hadith (hadith hasan), and here is the reference of it;

The Rites of Hajj (Kitab Al-Manasik Wa'l-Hajj)

    (666) Chapter: Visiting Graves

    باب زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ (99)

    Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If any one of you greets me, Allah returns my soul to me and I respond to the greeting.

    Grade: Hasan (Al-Albani)

    Reference: Sunan Abi Dawud 2041

    In-book reference: Book 11, Hadith 321

English translation: Book 10, Hadith 2036

If you are going to deny the hadith while you claim loving of the prophet (pbuh), it's up to you, I'm helpless then, and you just face your hypocrisy in the day of judgement.

But if you are ready to be advised and to learn, it is okay, and here we go:

First, there is no any contradiction or confusion when the prophet (pbuh) talks about what will happen after his death ((just like he (pbuh) did in this hadith)) while he is still alive, Yes, He (pbuh) says that after his death will happen, anyone will greet him, Allah will return his soul to him and will respond to the greeting.

And the people who can not read nor understand Arabic may get confused, how come he (pbuh) talked in the present form while referring to an action which will happen in the future?!

    The answer is that it is the unique rich nature of the Arabic language, in which we may even use the verb in the past form while the meaning may be meant in the future, for example; verse no. 1 of surah An-Nahl, Allah says;

    " أَتَى أَمْرُ اللَّهِ فَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلُوهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ "

Translation of the meaning is " (Inevitably) cometh (to pass) the Command of Allah: seek ye not then to hasten it: glory to Him, and far is He above having the partners they ascribe unto Him! "

Here Allah used the verb "aata" in the past form to express an action yet will happen in the future using the word (which has been indicated in saying "not then hasten it").
    Another example; surah Al-Ahzab, verse no. 40, Allah says;

    " مَا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِنْ رِجَالِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا "

Translation of the meaning is " Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things."

Allah used the verb "kana" which literally means "was", while the translator translated it into "is", because Allah meant (which is understood through the whole meaning of the verse) to say that "Muhammad (pbuh) was not and is not the father of any of your men…."…It is the nature of Arabic language and the great nature of the language of Qur'an.

And when the second statement of shahada (or as the non Arabic speakers call it as Kalema or Kalama or whatever) is (Muhammad rasool-ul-llah), you translated it as ((Muhammad "pbuh" is (not was) the messenger of Allah))…In Arabic it meant that he (pbuh) is ("is" here is being used as a fact, not as a tense) the messenger of Allah…that he (pbuh) is and was and will ever be the messenger of Allah.

That all was regarding to your translation of the second statement of Kalema which you highlighted by underlining it out of your ignorance of the Arabic language nature, and also regarding to the authentic hadith I have shared and which you mocked on (may Allah forgive you).

And when the prophet (pbuh) himself says (notice that we may use the verb "says" or the verb "said" and gives the same meaning as we believe that the sayings of the propghet (pbuh) which called hadith are valid to all eras, the past and the present and the future) that hadith which indicates that Allah (azz wa jall) will return his soul (pbuh) to respond the greeting. And when hazrat Abu-Bakr (RA) says his well known speech (which you assume it has been misinterpreted, I don't know how or why). And when Allah says in surah Az-Zumur verse no. 30 " Truly thou wilt die (one day), and truly they (too) will die (one day). " , then just like I said before; who are you or who am I to come and say NO, the prophet is still alive as he (pbuh) is superior to the martyr?!

When there is a clear script, you can't predominate your own understanding. There is a saying of hazrat Ali (RA) that "If the religion was based on opinion, the bottom of the sock would take preference in being wiped to the top of the sock." [Abu Dawud and Darqutni with a sound chain of narrators].

So no need for ummah to think or be confused about such points like whether he (pbuh) is alive or dead or to think about this or that of the metaphysical matters or matters only Allah knows about them which we call them as "ghayb", rather you even assure it without knowledge but only with just your mere own thinking or assumption!

Aqulu qawly haza wa astaghferu Allah-a  ly wa lakum, wa Allah-u t'ala a'la wa a'lam.

  • When did the Prophet (peace be upon him) say it, before or after his departure from worldly life?

When you try to answer me you will, by yourself, ascertain what you are saying.
  • No, please hurt me and approve my previous comments which you blocked, then we will see who is the ignorant here, not to be coward so insulting people from behind a curtain in your one sided comments!
I am a professor and lecturer of Arabic language and literature, your ignorance about Arabic language makes your all confusion you fill your blog with.
Really half knowledge like you have is more dangerous than complete ignorance.
I feel pity about you and your aggressive attitude...shame on you, you are really a victim of over confidence...may Allah help you against your own empty ego.
  • I don't wanna hurt you for your ignorance therefore I didn't approve your comments. If you still insist, I have no problem.
  • I have already written a comment in which I have explained for you about what you needed to give authentic reference...the comment which you didn't approve, so I am not going to write more comments which you do not approve, it's waste of time and taking the talk out of its context!

Just for your information; you did not change anything by adding your that blue line, you are ignorant about Arabic language which gives you such confusion you are falling in and your blog includes it too.

Just be careful that; to be astray is a bad thing, but to mislead others and they become astray too (intentionally or unintentionally with your ignorance or half knowledge you have) is certainly worse..........be careful that you are bearing your own sins plus bearing the others' sins (the others whom you are misleading)!

  • I have added authentic reference, which I believe answer your query
