Hello MyEC friends!You know, here in Brazil in this period of the year there is much flood because of the high volume of rain. This month, people from Belo Horizonte already have had to leave their homes or they will die and lose all their things and their family too. From now 'till January and February it rains a lot here.Despite of a happy moment, that is Christmas, sad things happen and many families don't celebrate.What about in your country, what are the latest news?
in my country wether was so nice and sunny days last week in Algiers , now I dont know cos i am not there but let me tell u about 9 years ago (10 /11/2001) it was a Black saturday the rain doesnt stop all day and the most popular city in Algiers wich called beb el oued bacame full of water and people who were going to work or study was taken by that water and didnt survive even at home people died too cos many water filled home and they cant escape , the pb is that the sweres was bloked and gouvernment didnt clean it before the winter so all water doesnt go to sewers and was on street also people died on their car , it was awful how much people died on that day , I hope nothing will happen like that again
Thanks God, this doesn't happen everywhere in Brazil and not every year either. This week it's raining a lot in the southwest, more specifically in Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo and some parts of the state of Rio de Janeiro. But the rain has been a bigger problem in Minas Gerais nowadays.
The issue is that people are not taking care of the enviroment, they throw garbage on the street, in the rivers and when the rain comes... we all know what happens!
This is very sad news. In Canada we are very fortunate. We should remember this at Christmas time and throughout the year. Unfortunately, many people are too busy shopping. Consumerism is an obsession in Canada.
It's really unfortunate that you people could not celebrate Christmas.
Does it happen every year?If this situation happens every year, why is that your government does not take any action on this?There should be some authority appointed to protect people. It's really a sad thing.
I cannot say what is happening in my entire country.I'll just mention about my place.
Bangalore.This place is commonly referred as silicon city or IT capital of India.Because many software companies are established here.I'm new to this place and lucky to find this good place.

It's always cold here.But presently not severe.Local people say that in the months of December and January, temperature goes down to -12 degrees C during nights.
No rain here.But, sometimes we experience very light rainfall.
