this girl caught my attention and I wonder to see her be able to write in a moving vehicle ...she said to me ... to pursue the time!time is precious ... isn't it?

I don't know exactly what she wrote, but I see in her hand is phone mobile, a pen and some paper seem like a form.but I'm more concerned with her last words .... to pursue the time!
