On this photo we can see town's Library for children and the Center of Children's Creation, which are located in an old Germany building. Also we can see two sculptures - a boy (Young Pioneer - drummer) and a girl (Young Pioneer too). The gesture of the girl means: "I'm is ready always!"

Yeas, you are right! The modern children prefer the fairy models or interesting cartoons! Really! But these sculptures were erected in Soviet age, when the pioneers was more important, then the fairy models...
