The photo shows the embankment of river Dnieper (or Dnepr). You can see a cafe located on a water before the bridge. It has name "Float". There is a river fountain behind it. Also you can see the big dark building of the hotel located after the bridge. It has not still been completed and never will have to build because it does not meet modern standards.
