Orange ones are "split red lentils". Others are whole wheat grains, rice, sunflower seeds and perhaps a kind of lentils. I can't recognize the brown heart-shaped grain. What is it?

You cook it the same as rice; you just add a little more water.
How to cook it, that's the most important question. :D
