One of my favorite foods after the hard day at work. In the Philippines, we called it here as "pansit" and has a lot of variety and texture. It is very common here especially during birthdays or any other important occasions. It is believe, that whoever eats it would have long life and abundant blessings.I liked it very much because it is nutritious and it is easy to prepare. Here's how I did it.I sauteed garlic and onions followed by prawns and chicken bits. I added soy sauce and salt before I put the noodles and squid balls, then after 5 minutes I put the vegetables. I would prefer it with a lot of vegetables like carrots and cabbages. After 3 minutes it's done.I would love to eat it especially if I have cold green tea or vodka cruiser with me.I hope you would like it too.

  • Hello Nadiyah,

Thank you very much for liking this photo. I don't know if you are familiar with the brand "Indo Mie", an instant noodle from Saudi Arabia, but it has a license in Indonesia. . It is also a fried noodle and quite delicious too. My sister brought it from Dubai while she had a vacation here in the Philippines.

I'm glad that you like "pansit" too. I think a lot of people from all over the world love to eat this food.
