just imagine how many people helped you to get this wonderful meal: they carefully grew the grains, vegetables and fruit, gathered and picked them, processed them, packed them, then brought them to the shop. so even a single morning meal of a person sometimes involves a huge team of people whom you could never met but who work hard to do their job )
think of them sometimes and... enjoy your meal to the full )
