  • @ Milena, I agree with you totally. Each meal is not easy even it's just a simple material. We shouldn't take it granted but appreciate the food in front of us. Thanks a lot for the profound thinking!

  • @ Bob, exactly, better have something than nothing. Eating breakfast could help to awake our energy for the day. I suppose you are also a coffer lover, aren't you?  :)

No, it's not caviar but blackberry jar. :)

  • just imagine how many people helped you to get this wonderful meal:
they carefully grew the grains, vegetables and fruit, gathered and picked them, processed them, packed them, then brought them to the shop.
so even a single morning meal of a person sometimes involves a huge team of people whom you could never met but who work hard to do their job )

think of them sometimes and... enjoy your meal to the full )

  • A good quote and a good idea. I think that if you can't eat something solid, lots of coffee is better than nothing at all. I assume the black jar is not caviar for breakfast?
  • @ Ha, if you want to follow it, help me to prepare one set since I'm lazy to make it on weekdays. :P

  • @ Junco, handmade cookies and orange juice are also great! Would you like to have some? Make yourself at home! :D

  • @ Irina, you are welcome.  They are indeed tasty and nutrient. :)

  • @ Asif, thank you for sharing the nice proverb, however, not so many would follow this. For me, sometimes my lunch and dinner like a king, but breakfast is like a beggar. lol.. How about yours?

  • It's so many tasty things for breakfast!!!! Thanks for sharing:)

  • Hmm, delicious!, you'r right Grace.
I wanna share fomous proverb in our language, eat break fast like a king, lunch like a rich man and dinner like a begger.
