Quite the different thing than the cookies they call biscuits in so many other English speaking places. I would even be happy for a few of the ones that didn't rise so well right now. Over here the Fried Chicken places (which shall remain nameless) give something more like a small hamburger bun calling it an American biscuit. Yuck!

Mr. Bob If you have an oven, they are easy to make. The problem in Asia is so few places have ovens to bake.
