Fortunately for the patient, I was photographing the surgical operation, not performing it. And it wouldn't be "Dr" anyway, because in the UK all surgeons (including dentists, who are after all dental surgeons) are addressed as "Mr", not "Dr". May be something to do with "British understatement" :-)

  • The same in Sudan , I guess It has something to do with the fact that we were a part of the UK Colonization? Many things here are rather British not American e.g Also we say the ground floor not the first floor, Our universities in general the specially the old ones has the same Britain Systems
