21 years ago we (the family = my Colombian wife and 2 young sons) used to live in La Flora, Cali is a beautiful city but so dangerous.
I used to work as a Master Fisherman and specialist English teacher and marine advisor to the Colombian Government at Buenaventura. Now that is a very interesting town!!!!!
