Hello! I'm Andrei from Ukraine. My country is in East Europe. Usually there is snowing in the winter and hot during the summer. I live in city, but I like nature.
The wonderful American film "Groundhog Day" shows as the person gets stuck in a rut. A man must change to climb from there. I'm ready for a change. I really need it. In the meantime, I tell you about my rut. So I look at myself. In last story I tell about starting of my working day. Now I want to say about my working relationship.

Let's get started...
When I used to work for Yuzhnoye Space Design Office I had a lot of friends in the job. Now I have just work relationship. I think it relates with big dynamics in my current job.
I'm IT-analyst. My profession is between business-analyst and system-analyst. In the job I often communicate with modification software customers, programmers, testers and my analyst co-workers.
Our customers (I will call them users) make a request for a modification software and next they send it by doc-flow system to IT department. When I receive this request I call the author and ask him or her about purpose of this modification. Sometime I set up a meeting to get the true user purpose.  Our users advises us to uses their preparing solution, but they don’t see the whole problem because they only responsible for their part of work. Sometime such solution may harm other users. So I find the solution that can suit all. I describe it in the requirements document. Then customers validate this document.
In the next step I pass the requirements document to programmers. They must read this document and propose architectural solution. But our programmers want to get from me the ready task and write code only. In addition, they don't want to learn new components for software development. So our software does not convenient modern interface. Our director cherishes programmer because this is very difficult to find them. All good programmers work for a rich foreigner firms. So we suffer.

We work fairly friendly within the team of IT analysts. We share our experience each other. I work in a team with funny and witty people.

In my next story I'm going to tell about taking a break and heaving lunch.

Hello! I'm Andrei from Ukraine. My country is in East Europe. Usually there is snowing in the winter and hot during the summer. I live in city, but I like nature.
I'm IT-analyst in retail company. I want to tell about the life of an employee in Ukraine.
I'm looking forward to beginning dialogue with many people.

Anyway...

When I come first I take the key at the reception and open the door to the room of our department. After a night in our small room is stuffy.  So I open a window at once. From the windows I can see how cars go up the avenue.
I get some hot water at the water-cooler and prepare some tea myself. I get to my desk. We don’t turn off our computer at night. But sometimes cleaning woman turns off some computers accidentally when she washes the floor.
For workflow our company uses software Lotus Notes. We call it a turtle because it opens documents very slowly. First of all I check a status of my documents, its change. I watch who is familiar with my document, who agreed its. Some co-workers write their comments.
Sometimes my day starts very vigorously. This happens after our implementation of the modification software to ours stores. Then employer of support comes and reports than a lot of stores has the problem. We quickly wake up and start looking for the cause of accident. Of course we test our updated software, but it's very old. It's like a suite that over and over is repaired. However, the biggest problem for software upgrades are weak business processes that we automate. Combating this problem is my job.

So, the day begins...

I wake up about 6 a.m. Every morning I decide: "What do I have to do today?" I live in a big city and work in the office of retail company.
I have to wear a business suit to work, and it upsets me a bit. I like to wear a suit, but do not like to walk in it the dirty dust streets.
I have to carry the card to permit to enter in the office. Sometimes I forget it. So I set the special reminder to my phone.
I must be at my work until 9 o'clock. So morning I live my home at half past seven. I like to walk and I hate traffic. I go walking most of the way of work. This is so awesome! I prefer to listen to English podcasts when I go to my work. But it is not always possible due to a loud noise cars.
When I come to the building office I go to the store of our company and buy a food for a breaks. Then I go to the office and get up to the ninth floor to the stairs.
