Need of trainers

With the complexities increasing in commercial / professional life and thereby in personal and social life, there is immense need of `sensitive-intelligent` trainers for all sectors which are connected with development.

Imparting training means passing on the most needed knowledge to appropriate groups through appropriate mechanism. A properly designed model of training brings in required change in the profile of participants and thereby in organisation, society etc.

There are great opportunities for right trainers and those who see inclination towards training (different from teaching, more a coaching). There are numerous structures in the society which are yet to be connected by `training`.

Since it is one of the need based profession, scope is great. Training skills can be improved bit by bit after trial participation.  This group can be used to know more about training and its dimensions.
