Nobody can deny the Maths value these days.It is the science the most important because it's the way to study and undestand the other branches of science.but,what could be the math in itself?does it jsut serve the other sciences?what does the math mean as an independent science?

Really interesting question and really interesting opinions about this question.I appreciate your attitude of mind and just want to add a little bit.In my opinion math is the basement for everything.Just imagine a huge building without basement.It can't never exist itself.We never pay attantion on that .We just see nice huge buildings without basements.Math is the basement for everything.I can't even imagine our life without it .Mathe is the science itself and math is the basement for everything,even for relationships between human beings.

Your reply gives tow informations:One is that theories maths are necessairy useful somewhere in life,the other is:math gives logic to other fields.
Actualy,I wanna talk about the first note:
I remember that a philosopher(René Descartes,I think )said:The nature speacks the mathematical language.
If this saying means that old mathematicians,those who created maths theories,took the nature,its creatures and its phenomenons as a base of their searchs,then we can say that math is a real science,its something really exists.
If the precedent saying means that maths theories were created to descover after that there is a strong and strange relationship between math and our style life,between math and the social life,between math and what happens in the nautre,then we can just say that the harmony and the agreement between the human's brain and the nature is incredible..amazing !
I need to know what do you think about this,to correct my ideas and to know more ^^...

i think every science is caused based on one of our needs .
math is divided into two branches ;one is applied math and one is pure math ...but i think every theory is created based on a need for applying it somewhere....i am not sure but i think so...
so in my opinion even pure math is dependent on applied math and vice versa....
also i think math relates to logics and it gives logical appearance to other fields of science like physics...besids it trains mind and is a good way to strengthen one's logical power...
it energizes the mind and keeps it alive...
