now i'm a final year student.i will graduate in six month.but now.my english is not good,not to have the work experience.Many times i want to focus for learning,exactly learning english.But my concentration exists only in a short time.And so i never achieve goal that i expect.So how do i maintain the concentration in a long time to complete my target???

I think we should try hard ...
and ... I think that we need some helps from our friends.
You can find someone to be your partner ... and do everything in English.
For example, make conversations, discuss some topics about something together, ....
