Looking for the Partner to practice speaking on skype

Hi every one,

I`m come here to learn and practice english, we all know that most of non english speaker spent lots of time to learn english but we don`t have the environment to practice then we forgot many Vocabularies or we feel hard to use english....with these causes I just wanna looking for a kind Partner who can talk or discuss , share any thing with me as a friend.

I`m often online from 7 pm to 11 pm with +7 GMT, I`m Vietnamese.
