I am learning english but it is very difficult how to speak because i usually only learn listening reading and writing, but how to speak it is hard enough because i do not have partner to speak. since i know skype hopefully my speaking will increase. any of you ever have problem in learning speaking as I do ?

i agree with you at that point . the most important thing to promote yourself in language is practising even if you make a lot of mistakes . But after while you will improve .besides, you have to practise and listen everyday and do it as a habit .
