yes.thanks your advice.i agree completely with u.and we think we need a partner to learn english efficiently.and we can talk english everyday,or hepl together to learn English.

Hi Jacky, the ways I do self study are reading, watching movies and listening to music and writing everything in English. I always take a small book and mp3 player in my bag wherever I go I can read and listen. It's a simply way .
I join this community because i believe i can't improve my english skill alone. I need someone that can give me a feedback. Language is created for two way communication, right?
I think that learn English alone is very difficult but not impossible. If we want learn English alone we should have a plan or strategy to use our time. For example I try to practice one skill everyday: Monday listening, Tuesday speaking, etc.
You only need motivation, constance and to be disciplined.
I don't know if it the best way to learn English alone but I do it.

About me, besides watching movies, listening to music ... I find that so many pages - exactly is learning English pages - and these pages're free to learn English .... (For EX : My EC lol ...)
We can use the internet for our learning goals. Why not ? ^_^
But ... if you just learn English in particular and any foreign languages in general without praticing, it's more difficult to be master of it....
So ... find someone to be your partner ^_^.
I hope we would be partners ... and help each other better ~

I watch English films with original sounds and subtitles.
Movies with Sean Connery are easy for me. He use plain English. In "The Matrix" English is plain too.
