Let's DISCUSS: HEALTH CARE

Hi, everyone. 

This day is dedicated to healthy nutrition and healthy way of life. First, I'd like to hear your opinion about this quote: 

What do you think about it? What is healthy nutrition for you and how can you do it in the 21st century? Why do you do it? Any special reasons? Is it fashionable or it's a cry of despair in the modern world? 

What are you nutrition habits and food\drinks preferences? Let's discuss it and maybe we can find the truth.

  • I follow H and W regularly.  O is beyond my reach, because of heavy pollution.

    • Good activities Mishaikh, for deep breathe you can do at your home or your desk at office, wherever you do that the air is not contaminated by pollution. Don't do that when you sit closest with smoker or behind the running buses, I will not recommend that :D. For me H is something that I oftentimes failure achieving the minimum requirement. Yes will be worse to my kidney if I do this for long periods.

  • I just want to share bit knowledge that I got from One Day Seminar about healthy life style. It has 3 keys need to implement in daily. Quickly remember, HOW
    1. H is Hydarate. It has meaning for drinking water. Minimum in day we need 1.5 lt or 8 glasses.
    2. O is Oxygen. Taking exercise for deep breathe, it is good for stress release, blood circulation etc
    3. W is walk. Everyone can do it at anytime and not costly but it has advantages for our healthy. Need 10-20 min. in a day. It can create happiness, strenghten of heart muscle etc.
    The simple ways above should be carry out routinly to achieve the healthy life style.
    Hopefully the briefly information can useful for others, for detaile information each keys that have been mentioned above, please searching in internet.
