To tell the truth, I don't know about the name of the movie but, it seemed to me that it must be a Kung Fu movie. The video is not about the cartoon you supposed. It is about a man and a young boy. The old man is blind but he can see everything very well. The young boy have two eyes but he cannot see very well. It seems that the old man is his master and wanted to teach him Kung Fu. So, the first lesson is fear is the only darkness and we should see things through the heart.
i couldn't see the video but i listened to that mp3 file and i found out something ,
is it the animation which an old man try to travel by balloons which the balloons are hanging from his house ?
and is it the baby who is an old man partner ?
yes fear causes people to can not see the things like darkness and it makes people to do some illegal acts , fear is like a obstacle .
Exactly right. I had an astonishing experience with a blind person. She talked in the way that I felt she could see. It really amazed me. True eyesight is through the heart as you said.

I think blind people more sensitive and they can feel everything better,because they feel by heart and heart never lie.We have so many things to learn from them. They "see" the things which are invisible for us,I mean feelings.
