      yes, first should set up the program in your PC, then you need to be trained to use it, it has lots of details.

       It is so much useful specially for whom use laptop, Ipod,... it is somehow like a notebook to preserve information.

    any cards mostly like flashcards that help you to learn better!

    I'm not myself familiar enough with as well., but seems that be a good usable one.

    have you used Narcis Dictionary?

    Anki is a extended program that you will be able to make yourself cards.
